INTRODUCTION
Culture and language are intimately interpenetrated. Language is a social agent of the first order that influences the construction of culture, languages reflect the experiences and ways of viewing the world of speakers. Each town forms its own way of being and being in life. Creates a cultural model that is constructed from the relationships that the men of a community establish with each other, with nature, the relationships that a community maintains with other communities and the relationships that the community establishes with what it lives and qualifies as sacred. The culture is a set of knowledge, beliefs, values that are transmitted through linguistic way, the human being can be said to live in and from the language.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE AND CULTURE

In the first place it is important to keep in mind the meaning of language and culture, we will start with the culture that can be defined as an acceptable exchange within the social group and what makes the group, which involves a way of life, a set of social practices , a belief system and a shared history and a set of experiences in accordance with what is affirmed (Yassine, 2006), the term of culture refers to everything that creates, produces and has the man in whom it is transmitted from generation to generation; Now let's talk about the language that has been seen as part of culture, language is the means to develop and transmit culture, as well as for communication within culture. In describing the relationship between language and culture, Kramsch (1993) states that: Language is the main means by which we conduct our social lives. When used in communication contexts, it is linked to the culture of multiple and complex forms.

Language is a product of the human being which serves us to interpret cultures, both language and culture are very important and go hand in hand, but, "Do we teach language using culture or teach culture using language?"
Emphasizing that language and culture are inseparable elements in the teaching-learning process of a language, the reality of our experience is different since in our classes we include a grammatical component, a reading component and the teacher is with its obligation to not only teach grammar and pronunciation but to locate the student in a cultural context, which are different according to where the process is carried out, because without this we would be giving the student content without any relevance.

Language is a product of culture, transmitted from one generation to another in the process of socialization (Hamers and Blanc, 1989). Language is considered as the main tool that an individual uses to internalize culture and the main vehicle for cultural transmission, it is important to keep in mind how relevant culture is in student learning, because if this is done properly interlacing these two great terminologies and being able to obtain great results and we are not teaching symbols without sense or symbols to which the student could give a wrong meaning.

To conclude, we are not teaching the culture, only in the meetings we observed that the teachers give a structure of how to say or propose a sentence and where those moments in which the culture should be taught are, where the student is part of situations of daily life in which he will have to solve a specific problem that will allow him to highlight cultural aspects and solve it keeping in mind the contents taught.

The language is not only an object of knowledge but the vehicle of our communication and culture is a set of ways of life and customs, knowledge in an era or social group, that is why through the language as the cultures are going building from stories, stories and beliefs. The language lives the culture and in the same way the culture is powered from it. To know where we come from and where we are going, it is important to know our culture, to know the world around us.

In the learning of a foreign language, the inclusion of cultural aspects increases the cognitive capacity, in addition to provoking a greater linguistic ability. There is also an improvement in the knowledge of the mother tongue and communicative skills are developed.

It is important to have an oral tradition since it is a way of transmitting from previous times the writing, the culture, the traditions of a society, which is transmitted from generation to generation with the main function of preserving ancestral knowledge through the times, conserving their culture and their stories and beyond that spread them.

We as teachers of foreign languages teach the language using the culture because as we teach the language in English in our classes we go through playful activities we teach the culture and with this achieve a better learning

If I take into account the culture because in preschool we teach through projects which are in English, Valentine's day, happy Easter, Saint Patrick, Thanksgiving and Christmas and this makes the students as they learn the language foreign with her learn their cultures, their special dates. This is achieved through songs, dances, vocabulary.

CONCLUSION UNIT 1

We denominate with the name of culture all the material or spiritual productions of man, the culture is learned, shared, integrated and above all responds to the material and spiritual needs of a society. Human language is also infinitely productive given its symbolic capacity and the development of language depends on the development of culture, thanks to language, man knows and knows, the vital function for its development and specialization. The existence of human culture would be impossible without language.

In the western part of Canada, there is a plateau full of mysteries that Canadian aborigines have mentioned in their mystical stories. During the time of the wars, this plateau was used by the tribes to hide their relatives and keep them safe. However, one day all those hidden in the forest simply disappeared. At the end of the war, all the warriors search without rest throughout the forest; find only a trace of blood in the snow. CONCLUSION UNIT 2

Nowadays, the competence in languages is of the utmost importance, it is necessary to promote an education that develops in the student the skills of the language, as well as the cultural aspects that configure these and to reach this it takes time, energy and commitment to improve the knowledge of the language, but the rewards are worth the effort since the ability to speak these languages is important for the pursuit of a good job and to participate fully in all aspects of society.

Oral language is one of the most important components in the process of language acquisition, whether the mother tongue, second languages or foreign languages and is that the oral skills of both comprehension and expression play a more than fundamental role in the development of communicative competence; In order to carry out the culture in the classroom and to promote these advantages in the student, it is necessary to use adequate didactic resources keeping in mind the main objective of these is that the students acquire interest in the proposed contents and therefore, can easily acquire them and this way develops communicative competences.

CONCLUSIONS: IMPORTANCE OF THE COURSE LANGUAGE AND CLUTURE

During the course of language and culture I could appreciate the importance that exists between these two concepts, since they influence a lot in the life of every person, I am a bachelor student in English as a foreign language and this course led me to know that language teachers When we consider teaching a language to our students, we must not only provide them with grammatical or semantic knowledge so they are able to express something; If we want the communicative process to be carried out in a satisfactory manner, we must also teach them the different cultural factors that influence the communication process. Therefore, the importance of culture in language is fundamental.
